Wastwater and the Wasdale Valley
Wasdale is a valley in the western part of the Lake District. The River Irt flows through the valley to its estuary at Ravenglass. A large part of the main valley floor is occupied by Wastwater, the deepest lake in England (258 feet).
Wastwater and the Wasdale valley are just a short journey away, making Shepherds Views Holidays an ideal base for your walking or climbing holiday in the Lake District.
